Steps & Principles
In the first instance we will establish the most
critical parameters of your project. This is most commonly done by way
of a telephone consultation with one of our design engineers, who will
usually be your single point of contact until the product is signed off
and ready for manufacturing.

| CAD/CAM Technology |

The final design will be constructed using
state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology. During this phase it is essential
to have all the components (preferable) or alternatively detailed
drawings available. |
| Prototyping |

The prototype and volume production is manufactured using
the same production process. More complex designs might require
validation of work pieces or sub-assemblies prior to prototyping. |

| Production Run |

After your approval, a separate production folder will be
compiled, which contains all relevant details including outsourced
components and processes. Unless agreed, we will only manufacture to
